1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Promptee ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Promptee is an AI prompt management platform that allows individuals and teams to create, organise, version, and share AI prompts. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Promptee.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Promptee to:

  • Store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Generate, distribute, or share prompts intended to deceive, harass, or harm others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission.
  • Use the Service in a way that disrupts or damages its infrastructure.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all prompts and content you create in Promptee. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim any ownership over your content and will not use it to train AI models.

6. Intellectual property

The Promptee name, logo, and all related software and design elements are our intellectual property. You may not use them without prior written permission.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Promptee available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
