We collect the following data when you use Promptee:

  • Account data — email address and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Content data — prompts, collections, and workspace data you create in the app.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions with the app (via Google Analytics).
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device info, and cookies.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and maintain the Promptee service.
  • To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
  • To analyse usage patterns and improve the product.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset).
  • To respond to support requests sent to hello@promptee.co.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use Promptee.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
